Due to hygienic reasons we are unable to accept the return of body and bath care products. If for some reason there is a problem with your order, or any item(s) has been damaged in transit please contact our store immediately. We will be more than happy to assist you! We want your Moka Chic experience to be absolutely enjoyable from beginning to end. That is until your next visit to our store!
Shipping Information
Each product is handmade, labeled
and packaged just for you. Items are made in small batches to ensure absolute freshness once it reaches your doorstep via USPS. Please allow a minimum of 7 business days
for your selections to be shipped as we may have orders that are already being processed. If for some reason we are out of the product of your choosing when you order, you will be notified by mail to chose an alternative product or given the option to wait until it is in stock.It is highly recommended that you add insurance to your packages so on that off chance that something does happen to it you may be able to inquire with the shipping courier.
